So there is a reward for good health – My government pays the entire health budget to the people.  They can use it as they please – either to buy good food and eat it, or to buy other food, and fall sick, and then spend their money on hospital bills…..

So the message is – stay in good health, go walking, go to a gym, if you fall sick, get some rest….  If you’re really sick, then go on a holiday…. To the Port of Spain, where there is rain on the plain, or to a hospital and lose your money there.  You could rather spend it on games of probability and chance, where you might win more, or at least get a thrill.

A recreation incentive for people to spend on zoos, theatres and other places of recreation.

Or rather, a subsidy for places of recreation.  Or rather the lowering of taxes for places of recreation.

I don’t believe in loans.  If you don’t have money, try to earn some.  If you are just not able to live, maybe you need to look within and see if you are doing what you are inside …..

More on education

There should be a variety in schools.  Some with basic amenities, some with medium amenities, and some with more amenities, and some with all the amenities they can think of.

It is not fair to expect a person just starting off in a job to pay the entire fee for his child to attend an all-amenities school.  Besides, he might not even appreciate all the amenities available.  He may be a roti-aur-kapda sort of person….

So it is important to have variety.  After all, there are so many different people.  Each needs to have something that meets their needs.

Standardisation is only for cases where there is to be interaction between systems.  The interface is defined so that each system can present it’s data in a manner that the other system understands.   What each system does within itself is internal to it, and the responsibility of that system.

Optimization of Resources by utilisation

Any geographical entity should be class-ified and named according to the natural resources that it has.

For example, a state with plentiful rain should be classified an agricultural-area.

A state with little rain is classified an industrial-area, since anyway the water is piped in.  And there are no plants to kill by the by-products of the factories.

An area with lots of iron-ore is class-ified as a source of iron-ore, and the excess is marketed.

An area with lots of copper can export the excess copper.

And so on and so forth.

You get the picture, right?

We find out what an area has, and export the surplus.

But more importantly, we make sure that we farm the areas with natural rain, and industrialise the area without rain….

My electric car

So there is this car.  It has a base, and seats in it.  It has a steering-wheel connected to the front wheels via a rod.  So when the steering-wheel is turned, the rod moves either left or right, depending on the rotation, and then the front wheels move too, so that allows the steering of the car.  The back-wheels just follow along.  Reverse - ?  When the “reverse” option is moved to, either the front-wheels are the guidants, or there could be a connection to the back wheels.               Ya, best thing, have a grid connected to all four wheels.  Connect the steering-wheel to it.  Doesn’t matter if you go forward or backward, the steering-wheel is already set…..

Front – The wheels should turn forward.

Backward – The wheels should turn backward.

There should be a battery in the car.  A large battery.  Connected to an arch over the center of the car.  This is connected on each side to the left front-and-back and on the other side to the right front-and-back.

Electricity flows via the arch.  When the electricity flows in a particular direction, the wheels turn forward.  When the electricity flows in the opposite direction, the wheels turn backward.

The speed of revolution of the wheels is determined by the rate of the alternating current that flows …..

Voila!  An electric car…..!
